Our role
AviationInternet provides travel search, booking and support services and may act as an intermediary between customers and third-party airlines, hotels, payment providers and other travel suppliers.
Prices and availability
Travel prices and availability can change quickly. A displayed search result is not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and, where applicable, ticketing has completed. Before payment, review the final amount, currency, traveller details and itinerary carefully.
Payments
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Paystack or Flutterwave. A booking is not treated as paid solely because a browser returns from a payment page; AviationInternet verifies the transaction server-side before marking payment as successful.
Supplier rules
Airline, hotel and other supplier fare rules, baggage rules, change fees, cancellation restrictions, identification requirements and travel conditions also apply to your booking.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for entering accurate traveller information, checking passport and visa requirements, meeting health or entry requirements, arriving on time and reviewing booking confirmations promptly.
Service availability
We aim to keep the service available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or the continued availability of a particular supplier offer.
