Supplier rules control eligibility
Flight, hotel and package cancellations and refunds are subject to the rules attached to the specific fare or reservation. Some bookings may be non-refundable or may carry supplier penalties, change fees or service charges.
Before requesting a cancellation
Contact AviationInternet as early as possible and provide your booking reference. Do not assume a booking is cancelled until you receive confirmation.
Refund processing
Where a refund is approved, the refundable amount depends on the supplier rules and any applicable charges. Refund timing also depends on the airline, hotel, payment processor and receiving bank. We will communicate the available status and amount once confirmed.
Payment failures and duplicates
If you believe you were charged but your booking is not marked paid, or you see a duplicate payment, contact us with the booking reference and payment reference so the transaction can be verified before any further action is taken.
